Brian got my gas fire pit fixed quickly and expertly. He knows his business well. I can tell he is a busy guy but he fit me in and did well with communication and scheduling. PHP is who I will next for all of my gas appliance needs.
He is illicit. He did the work without county approvals, no permits, only a portion of the work that was committed to and didn't complete that part. He demanded payment before he acquired a permit & inspections. He fabricated additional bills to me. He liened my property & even after contract was paid in full he has not released the lien. Now we have to go to court to fight.
Brian is absolutely fantastic...knowledgeable, friendly and very fair. It's so refreshing to meet someone trustworthy and competent...he answered my call the first time, made an appointment for the next day, showed up on time and completed the job for a fair price. Additionally he explained what he was doing and why...what I can do to avoid future issues and fixed a couple things he noticed without charging me extra. I can't recommend him enough!
