Simply stellar ! I've never had any luck when dealing with Contractors, but that all changed with the Orella Group. The team came here and refinished my entire basement - flooring (carpeting and laminate), patch/paint all walls and ceilings, new toilet, vanity, new kitchenette counter top, sinks, etc. They even installed a backwater valve to eliminate a flooding issue I was having. The level of expertise in this company is second to none - I cannot stress that enough. Huge thanks to Richard who was here daily overlooking every aspect of the project. He's transparent about everything, he communicates to you daily so you always know what to expect, and like the rest of the Orella team, very courteous and respectful of your home. Their standards are above and beyond any company I've ever worked with in the past. I give this company the highest rating I can.
