Terrible Experience with these people!! I don't know how to do NEGATIVE stars but 1 star is too many! Measurements were taken incorrectly and upon pointing out the problems Nancy got offended and walked off the job with it still undone!

All issues have been amicably resolved by the parties WARNING- Stay away from Olde World Cabinetry in Pinellas This company is a disaster to do business with - a Nightmare!! We were tortured by their incompetence, disrespect, lack of communication, and lies. The "designer" at this "high end" cabinet company made so many errors which led to months and months of delays and unnecessary stress. He ordered one cabinet a foot too low and one not wide enough to fit the kitchen sink we purchased from them. When he was told of these issues from the installer, his response was "My bad". We ordered very sleek black glossy cabinetry. The baseboard by the dishwasher was unfinished at each end so instead of finishing with piece of glossy black baseboard the installer used a Sharpie and colored them black. He did the same with chips on many of the drawers. Several don't close properly and get chipped when you open and close them. You can't get more unprofessional than that. There are so many other issues, one being a panel on the back side of a kitchen island, that we saw was not the correct size. The installer said he knew about it, told the designer, but both of them thought we wouldn't notice so they never ordered a replacement until we pointed it out. There was a long list of items that had to be ordered, changed, fixed, etc. including many that still need to be fixed or replaced but since we held back the final payment, they put a lien on our home and refuse to finish the job. No one needs the stress of dealing with this horrible unprofessional company. We didn't have the use of our kitchen for months and months after it should have been completed due to their incompetence, costing us a load of money as we had to eat out all the time. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. * All issues have been amicably resolved between the two parties

I was in the showroom some time back and met who I think was the owner, a lady who at first was very nice, but then who became rude and disrespectful because she didn't like my plans. So, if you want to do it "Her Way" then OK, but for custom work done "My Way" I will never ever use these people! Beware of the fake smile!
