Martin Carpenter's Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc.

We were originally recommended this company from a friend. We've been trying to have our AC blower motor replaced through them for over a month now and it only just got done as of today. First, we called to schedule a diagnosis we were told would be free. I spoke to 2 different Secretaries and was assured we were on the route list for the upcoming week. Me and my wife both took off work, only for no one to show up. No call/text/email confirmation either. We called a couple days after and somehow we were never added to their schedule at all. So we rescheduled and my wife took off work again. Once they were actually able to come out and give us a diagnosis, they tried to charge my wife when Martin told us it would be free, which isn't the technicians fault, but instead, poor communication on the management side with their employees. Then, our part had to be ordered. It took over 2 weeks to come in, and once it did and the technician was finally able to come back out, he had a mishap trying to install it and our new part was damaged. So after the part being ordered AGAIN and me and my wife wife having to call out of work AGAIN, we asked for a 50 dollar cash discount on the 650 dollar service charge, which I believe to be reasonable for the inconvenience and missed work time this has caused us - but we were denied that. It's like a slap in the face for all of their mistakes that they themselves could've avoided from happening. I do not blame the technicians, they were nice and efficient, I blame the secretaries and management. I know the customer isn't always right, and I have plenty of understanding for some mishaps here and there with people/companies, but unfortunately this is one of the most disorganized and inconsiderate companies I've ever done business with. I'm glad it went well for my friend who recommended them to us, but I will most definitely NOT be recommending this company to anyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Martin Carpenter’s Air Conditioning and Heating knocked it out of the park for us. They recently replaced some ductwork in my house, and once they got into it, they found several spots that were seriously messed up from previous work. What I appreciated most was how they handled it. They didn’t make it dramatic or try to upsell — they showed me exactly what was wrong, explained why it mattered, and fixed it the right way. It honestly felt like having good friends in the house who genuinely care about doing right by you. The amount of extra work they had to put in was no small job, and the price they charged was absolutely amazing for the amount of correction and labor involved. Fair, honest, and high-quality work — which is hard to find these days. If you need AC or heating work done, these are your people. Solid crew, great communication, and they stand behind what they do. Highly recommend.

Mr. Carpenter is the best A/C contractor I have ever dealt with! We had a completely new system installed. There was no dusting or clean-up needed after the install. All his employees were very friendly and hard working. They were very knowledgeable about the planning and installation of our system. It only took a few hours and we were ready to go.
