We had a toilet problem unexpectedly on Monday morning, and we decided to give HG Plumbing a try. I ended up speaking with Joe, the owner, and we really appreciated how he went above and beyond for us. His team was slammed all day Monday for calls that were scheduled or that already came in before us, so Joe personally made time to come to my house after 5 pm to fix our toilet. While this is not something we would ever expect an owner to do, my wife and I really appreciated Joe going above and beyond for us to make sure our issue was resolved on the same day we called. Great price, and first class service!

Over the years, I have gotten to know the whole Gonzalez family, and I can attest that these are good people. Their prices are reasonable, but what is most impressive are their high level of service and integrity with which they conduct business. Instead of just fixing things and sending me a bill, they try to educate me so that I can save money in the future by fixing small things myself.
