Scam Company. My home warranty company assigned me to work with them for an issue with my shower head diverter not working. They came out, charged the service fee, said they needed to order the part and didn't follow up for weeks. I reached out and they said they could not find the part they need, so denied the work order and I need to contact the home warranty company to get assigned to a new contractor. I told them I ordered the part myself and just need someone to install it and they are too incompetent to complete the work that they refused. Based on other reviews, it seems like they just collect the service fees and then bail on completing any of the work that needs to be done through a home warranty company. Wish I read the reviews before dealing with them.
Joe came out the same day when my water heater went out. He was awesome and was able to get the process going for me that same day. I unfortunately had to go through my home warranty which I hate. I’ve never been assigned a company that does a great job until express was assigned. The front desk, Tara was awesome and on top of it. Then Joe was great at getting the work done. It was a breath of fresh air to have a great vendor for once. I’ll always request them in the future.
Pros: Ryan was super helpful in getting everything going with my home warranty company, and helping me make sure I was asking the right questions when I was waiting on approval for parts so they could do the job. Everyone else I spoke to (many people) was really nice. The home warranty companies are a nightmare to get approvals for parts and price etc. I assume that issue isn’t specific to express plumbing heating and air, but they did their best to help. Cons: working with them / home warranty company was really hard. They are really booked up, so if you need help asap I would ask their availability up front. If you do not have to go through a home warranty and your issue is not time sensitive, they are really nice to work with and I recommend!
