We recently hired Adam and Mayra from Exclusive Custom Fences to install a new fence on our property. We just renovated our home and are adding a pool, so we needed to have compliant fencing to assure safety and security around the pool. This company is the real deal! From the very first meeting with Adam to the excellent updates from Mayra, this was a flawless experience. Mayra and Adam own the company and it really makes a difference to deal with the owners. Other companies who came out to provide an estimate, sent sales people who were there to make a sale. Adam and Mayra were there to assure our satisfaction and to gain a customer for life. This makes a big difference. On installation day, we met Osman and Bori. These two gentleman were incredibly professional, talented, and with a positive "Can do" attitude. The fence was done with great attention to detail, and the finished product is beautiful. Everyone from the office to the field crew were great to work with. Very friendly and professional, easy to communicate and very upfront with the process. They give you a time frame of when the work will start and they keep their word. (Granted that weather can sometimes play a role on the schedule). I’m a structural inspector, so I had many questions and very detailed oriented….they didn’t disappoint me with every aspect of the work and communication. Awesome company!! Great customer service!! Adam and Mayra are very honest regarding the steps needed to pre-install as well as price. No hidden fees! As soon as the permit was released , less than a week, installation began and done in three days! I have a pool and dogs and was worried how long it would take. The installation crew was more than professional and kept me updated every day. I'm so thrilled with my new fence!! I have told everyone I know how wonderful this company is! No pressure to sign a contract, which I did not experience with another company. If you need a beautiful new fence, this is the company to go with. Financing is available. I have some landscaping to do, but this is absolutely gorgeous! Wish I took the before pics.
