David was friendly, clear, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained answers to all my questions about our water heater situation and never pressured us in a certain direction. Service was quick, professional and cleanly done. He even added a pipe to direct any potential future T&P valve overflow into the tray so it wouldn't get on the floor. Very satisfied with our service experience.
